THEATRE

Crude

Life as Muscari Muscari or her own life as

Rating: Very Good.

By Daniel Garay

If there is a peculiar character in the national theater that is certainly José María Muscari. A director, writer and stage actor resisted by some and approved by others, loved and hated, but never, never goes unnoticed. Is that in his theater is always looking for a new twist, as if he caught him with an original and traditional drama, he has to be even more. That has made fine works as some clunkers, this surely will not recognize those who love him (I celebrate all) nor those who hate (and depose him everything. But Muscari has everything, perhaps, and after seeing this work is for all passion he puts into what he does. From this was based Mariela Asensio to write, somehow I must say, the life of your friend Muscari. And the very Muscari is who puts his body in this work about her life or some aspects of it, with humor, with much depth, revealing strengths and misery, but putting the same passion to all that this unique character makes. You may not like the exhibition by his family (especially the live phone call to her parents), but otherwise, yet showing a multimedia gallery behind his life cooking in public or doing gymnastics, work is really fun nice, cool but not lose the irony and acidity that characterizes the work (and apparently life) of José María Muscari. A work to meet a person who revolutionized the National Theatre by dint of passion and love to tie it performs.
