Ham Crudo - brief overview and José María Muscari entevista on RAW work Mariela Asensio and José María Muscari
by Mariano Cerrutti
RAW's work , Which is in the final stretch of their functions is provided in the Piccadilly Theatre on Monday at 21:00 hrs, Av Corrientes 1524, phone 4373-1900, it is a creation of the duet Muscari Asensio, Asensio Mariela in directing and playwriting, and Mr. José María Muscari in interpretation.
I can venture to suppose that the work-which is like a confessional one-person self-reference almost immediately captivates the audience with a little humor, music, dance, audiovisual support interventions, but not only with this, but also and more deeply with the presentation and reporting of issues affecting the interpreter and the personal treatment he gives them.
These personal issues, on the other hand, if it is likely to have been of peculiar harshness in origin, screened in the story of the interpreter, or that of the play itself appear more like a crude processed, and transformed by their interpretation (theatrical and sensitive) such that it gives the impression that the performer and his character in this case would be the same thing, are in a time of change, as if in this instance that you share with him was willing to address a number of challenges sentimental if not spiritual, and that one becomes a spectator in her confidante and guardian.
Note, that although the work has the character guide interpreter of showman, no misses this key religious. For a firsthand view:

Cinemas: How would you describe the process that led to the realization of the work? José María Muscari
: Basically I wanted to act. Mariela also called at that time was my neighbor, along with my friend and I gave him some texts too self-referential, almost private confessions on issues that haunted me and said I wanted to make a single judge. So she put together something new, a play and there was no hell to be tested.
CV: What were their times, their motivations at the beginning and during its development?
JMM: rehearse three months, very quiet, but aware and pragmatically. Mariela is very specific, and me too. Much oil was defined in the making, as the presence of three other actresses who are with me was something that appeared in the work is not a priori.
from my initial motivations were the desire to act and show a personal place in acting, and now in office and into the final stretch of the same motivation is that every Monday is a real encounter with those who come to see.
RAW is for me a true moment of exposure sensitivity.
CV: Is a Biodrama RAW, RAW is a musical?
JMM: No, not a Biodrama. A Biodrama poet's life making it a real person fiction. RAW is not fiction, it is real life drama taking formats cyber elements, takes elements of music, art, not the idea of \u200b\u200b"musical comedy." It is rather an explosion of theatrical pop.
CV: During the function, the interpreter is it plays itself?
JMM: I do not interpret, just am, and I agree, I find a place of connection with the external look of happiness and me that theater brew and displayed as a manifestation of state.
CV: If we assume for a moment that there is a strong identification between spectator and spectacle over the function, could we justify or refute this assumption?
JMM: Yes, there is a connection with very universal themes that the work-life of this being, or I-poses: fatherhood, love, infatuation, dissatisfaction, family, being a son, fatherhood, the obsessions with food, the value of the image in today's society. I think the book pivots on many sides of popular identification and achieved in all without distinction of feature, age, sexuality.
CV: What place does this work in the career of the performer?
JMM: In my career, took a personal, RAW is not a larger work, is a play about me and that distinguishes it. It is also the first time where almost total responsibility of the show runs through my mind as a performer, and is also an experience of happiness the meeting with Mario, I had never been intended for her, and the experience was great. It saddens me to finish and I am very happy with the course of the work, first in 2008 NoAvestruz, then toured southern Spain in the summer of 2009 a successful season in Mar del Plata, an international tour San Pablo, Brazil, and now two months show on Corrientes Street in Piccadilly, the most I can ask.
CV: If I could move the show to any other space as possible what would that space?
JMM: Anywhere.
I think RAW is bulletproof.
In every way. © Cinemas
